ขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลผู้ใช้
หากต้องการขอลบบัญชี GoPlugin หรือข้อมูลที่ได้รับผ่าน Facebook Login ให้ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเข้าสู่ระบบก่อน
- ส่งอีเมลจากอีเมลที่ใช้กับบัญชี ไปที่ [email protected] หัวข้อ “ขอลบข้อมูล GoPlugin”
- ระบุว่าต้องการลบบัญชีทั้งหมด หรือขอลบเฉพาะข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Facebook หากไม่สามารถใช้อีเมลเดิมได้ ให้ระบุปัญหาเพื่อให้เราตรวจสอบตัวตนด้วยวิธีอื่น
- เราจะตรวจสอบตัวตนและตอบกลับเกี่ยวกับผลการดำเนินการ รวมถึงข้อมูลที่ยังจำเป็นต้องเก็บเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อหรือหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
อย่าส่งรหัสผ่าน รหัส OTP หรือข้อมูลบัตรชำระเงิน การลบบัญชีอาจทำให้ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงประวัติคำสั่งซื้อและรายการดาวน์โหลดที่ผูกกับบัญชีนั้นได้ โปรดระบุขอบเขตคำขอให้ชัดเจน
Account and Facebook data deletion
You can request deletion without signing in.
- Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Use the subject GoPlugin data deletion request.
- Specify whether you want the whole account deleted or only information received from Facebook. If you cannot use the original email address, explain this so we can arrange another identity check.
- We will verify identity and reply with the outcome, including any information that must still be retained for orders or related obligations.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or payment-card details. Account deletion may remove access to associated order history and downloads, so please specify the scope of your request.
