Who is responsible

GoPlugin is operated by Suchin Reung-apirom in Thailand. For account, privacy, correction, or deletion requests, contact [email protected].

Information and purposes

• Facebook Login: If you choose Facebook Login, Meta may provide your user identifier, public profile information such as your name and profile picture, and the email address you permit it to share. Available information depends on your Facebook account and permissions. We use the received information to authenticate you and associate sign-in with your GoPlugin account.
• Account and orders: Account information enables access to order history and downloads. Checkout may prefill the account email. You can review or change the email used for order information and download links before confirming an order.
• Cookies and technical information: The website uses cookies for sign-in state, shopping-cart functions, and display preferences. Its hosting systems receive request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time to serve the website and investigate operational problems.

External services

We use DigitalOcean for the website, authentication service, API, and database; the verified primary systems are in Singapore. Cloudflare delivers and protects web requests. Hostinger sends order emails. Google Gmail receives and handles support and privacy requests. These providers process information relevant to their functions and may process or access information in other countries as part of their services.

Facebook sign-in is handled through Meta. If you choose Google or LINE sign-in, or Stripe payment, that provider processes information relevant to the selected service under its own policy.

Retention and government requests

We retain account information as needed to provide account, order, and download services. After verifying a deletion request, we delete or disassociate information within the requested scope. Some information may need to remain for orders, disputes, or legal obligations; we explain the reason to the requester. Backups awaiting expiry are not used to serve a deleted account. If a backup is restored, the deletion request must be reapplied.

For government requests, the responsible person verifies the requester, authority, legal validity, scope, and necessity before considering disclosure. Any disclosure is limited to the minimum necessary, with a record of the request, reasons, people involved, and response.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email the contact above to ask about account information, request corrections, or request deletion of your account and information received from Facebook. Include your account email and the scope of your request. We will verify identity before acting and reply with the outcome or explain information that must still be retained for orders or related obligations. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or payment-card details.
